I hope that you are well and thank you for your time. For those who haven’t heard, I have the honour of participating in Miss Universe Canada 2019, as a National Finalist.

Berenson Fine Art and Gabriela Carnovale have developed a revolutionary workout technique “Gorgeous and Beautiful” G.A.B., which I have been using to prepare physically and mentally for the competition.

 

This technique is a combination of ballet, stretching, meditation and art therapy. G.A.B. is also currently being used at various hospitals, such as CAMH and Mount Sinai.

I have been blessed by the opportunity to represent and raise funds for the charity “Operation Smile” through Miss Universe Canada to help repair and provide perfect smiles to children born with birth deformities. I will also be selling a painting privately, and proceeds will go to the charity.
